I was uncertain that it was a good idea to buy online from another country, although at first the order delayed way too long apparently it was a mistake here eith my postal office Playasia always was answering me in a very short time and when my order got problems they send it again and this time it was without problems. Absolutely awful. Ordered a teapot, the outside packaging was perfectly fine but there were no packing peanuts or anything inside the item box so it arrived totally smashed to pieces. It's been several months and still no refund. They finally agreed to a refund when I opened a paypal dispute

I've read posts from that say this restaurant is closed. Blue Parrot's website still includes Playasia. Does anyone know first hand if this restaurant is still open at this time? I think it is still closed. Have not been to Playa since I heard it was closed earlier this year, though. Too bad, the atmosphere was really nice even though the food was only so so. Accoding to the most recent reviews, however, the food had really gone downhill. Sad to hear as we loved that place it was soooo cool inside. Like eating dinner in a treehouse.. What a shame!
